The Story, So Far…
Before we get into Bret’s story, let’s talk about the history of this project. The original Bret Blackberg comic was a mini-comic that were created as a 24 Hour Comic in 2008.
Between 2008 and 2011 nine Bret Blackberg comics were created, but then the project came to an abrupt halt (yes, I know the picutre only shows seven…the first two mini-comics sold out years ago). Need more proof this project existed? Check out this link (sadly, you won’t be able to read the comic there).
Now, years later, the original nine books are being remastered while more books are being developed.
So, Now What?
Hopefully you realized this project is kind of special as its been around for YEARS, but it was a very analog project. Now, with the blockchain technology, we can successfully bring the stories and collectibility of the project to the world.
The fun thing about this project is that you own the comic, can trade ownership of the comic, but even after you sell it or exchange it for a more rare cover (if you so choose), you can still hang on to the PDF afterwards (if you’ve saved it to your desktop).
